Wedding Stationary FAQs

ARE YOU TAKING ORDERS?

I will absolutely do my best to fit you in! I book clients 9-12 months out. That ensures I have a spot for you and gives us enough time to really pin down the design. 

IS THERE AN ORDER MINIMUM? 

Because of the high demand, quality of the work, and time spent on each piece, I do ask that there be an order minimum of $1,000. 

 

I WANT SOMETHING FULLY CUSTOM. HOW DOES THAT WORK?

Yay! You are my dream client! I would love to create something custom and unique for your wedding. The first thing I ask is that you solidify which pieces you will need. This might include an invite, rsvp, details card, map, envelope liners, wedding day necessities like programs, table numbers, etc. All of these details are in my client questionnaire form. If you’re a detailed bride - I want ALL the details. If you’re not - absolutely no worries! I ALWAYS have a vision!  You are in good hands.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?

Once you've inquired and filled out the client questionnaire, I'll create a custom listing for your suite requests. After you've placed your order and sent me all the need-to-knows, I will begin sketching and painting. I will mock your suite up and send you a draft. Once you receive the draft you have a chance to make any changes, edits, or requests. Or you can just say, IT’S AMAZING!!! Once approved, I will email you a .jpeg and .pdf of each piece. Once we get the ball rolling, the whole shebang takes about 4-6 weeks. 

 

WHAT ARE YOUR STUDIO HOURS? 

My studio hours are Tuesday and Thursday 9-5. I generally catch up on emails on Mondays. You might notice days go by without hearing from me - trust me - I'm here! But, I often choose painting over responding to emails. We're working so far out on your wedding goods that nothing should be too time sensitive, so I generally bulk emails once or twice a week. I appreciate you in advance for understanding. 

 

SO YOU HAVE PRINTERS YOU RECOMMEND??

Printers? Do you mean I don't print?? You've got it! I do not print! Everyone is an expert in something - I am a painter. I will create your gorgeous suite and then send all of your files to you, but I won't print them. I have a fabulous printer to recommend, Her name is Melissa. She's another amazing woman, killing it with her skills! You can email her at any time for a print quote - helloinvitedesign@gmail.com. Her paper options and print quality is wonderful! Of course, I always recommend local printers. Ask around in your area to see who has experience with weddings. Likely, you will find a fabulous printer to work with. If you decide to print, cut, and prep at home - I like to recommend using Paper Source’s Luxe papers. They have a beautiful watercolor-esque texture!

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

Public House Co. cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges in the event of cancellations or event changes.

The picture created for our Save the Date was beautiful! It exceeded our expectations!! Samantha was so easy to work with and made sure everything we wanted was included. I would highly recommend her!!!
