  • Additional items may be added to your order at any time with the correlating fee.

  • Full payment is due at the time of purchase. Public House Co. will not begin any work until the project is paid in full.

  • The Client acknowledges that they are familiar with Public House Co's portfolio and is requesting services with knowledge of the artist's style. The artist's work is constantly evolving, the services are of unique and artistic nature, the artist will use her personal artistic judgement to create artwork consistent with her personal vision of the event. Accordingly, client acknowledges that the artwork shall not be subject to rejection on the basis of taste or aesthetic criteria.

Design Timeline

  • Public House Co. will provide a schedule at the beginning of each project that outlines when the proof will be sent, amount of time for edits and when final approval is required to meet the deadline. The deadline may be compromised if any of the proposed dates are missed by the client. It is important to consider that design revisions and/or delays in feedback may affect production time and possibly delay your order.

  • If you fail to include any required information on your order (such as event date, location, time, reference images) we cannot proceed with your order until such information has been provided to us. We will follow up with you regarding this information, but it is ultimately your sole responsibility to provide us with complete information. The design of your piece will not begin until we have complete information from you. We are not responsible for any delays that may occur in the design of your order due to your failure to provide us with any and all necessary information.

  • While Public House Co. will closely proofread and review all designs prior to printing, it is ultimately the client's responsibility to review proofs for errors. Public House Co. is not responsible for any typos found or changes made after proof is approved by the client via email. After final approval is given, the client will be responsible for any reprint fees.

  • Each order includes 3 rounds of revisions per item. If client desires further changes, additional payment may be required.

  • Once your digital proof has been approved, final files will be send to print.
